Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?

In twenty years there will be fewer cars in use than there are today. 
 

Automobiles are essential transportation in this generation due to their convenience. Some people believe that, in twenty years, there will be fewer cars in use than there are today, whereas some people have the opposite opinions. As far as I am concerned, there will be more cars in use than they are today. I am willing to discuss the reasons further in the following essay.

First of all, more people in the future will buy cars due to the new functions of them. In modern cars, people not only can listen to the songs in their smart phones via the connection of bluetooth, but also can watch television or films. Thanks to the technological improvement that occurs very rapidly in present time, people are able to expect more advanced functions in twenty years. Some companies attempt to build self-driving systems which allowed the drivers to sit in their cars without driving on their own. In addition, some companies are trying to create a remote control for the cars. With a remote control, drivers do not need to park their cars or drives their cars out of the garages by themselves. Since cars will be more and more convenient and progressed than before, people would like to purchase them. As a result, there will be more smart cars in use.

Secondly, electrocars electric cars will be invented and they will attract a lot of people to buy them. Environmental protection has always been an important issue for all the people in the world. Therefore, in order to save the globe, people would like to buy a car which is environmental friendly. So many companies have already successfully created the so-called electrocars. This kind of cars do not need oil as fuel, thus, they reduce the air pollutions. Besides, they are able to save the drivers money because they do not have to spend a great amount of the money for the oil. Consequently, in twenty years, there will be more electric cars in use.

As has been demonstrated above, it is undeniable that more and more automobiles will be purchased in few decades. Because of the new functions and the eco-friendly value, cars will be more attractive than they are today without a doubt.
