Both the author in the reading passage and the lecturer in the lecturer talk about the fossil of a dinosaur. Yet their viewpoints contrast with each other. While the author mentions that the fossil shows the remains of blood vessels, red blood cells, and collagen matrix in the actual tissues of animal which is 70-million-year-old, the lecturer thinks otherwise, contending that it is not possible to find them.

First of all, while the writer states that the breaking of the fossilized leg bone revealed many small branching channel inside, corresponding to hollows in the bones where blood vessels were once located, the speaker presents opposing discourse to such a belief, reasoning that instead of blood vessels, they are actually the bacteria inside the bones.
